How Tajerly uses Meta Platform Data

Platform Data is used only to provide the features requested by the connected business and to operate, secure and support the service.

Display and manage customer conversations and related identifiers for the merchant.
Link authorized social content such as posts or reels to products and customer conversations.
Organize customer requests, orders, notifications and business activity.
Where enabled, display authorized ad account and campaign reporting data for the merchant.
Support optional AI-assisted replies or analysis when the merchant enables those features.
Tajerly does not sell Meta Platform Data or use it to advertise to customers on behalf of unrelated third parties.

Privacy and control

Merchants control which eligible business assets they connect. Tajerly uses data only as needed to provide the service, and provides public privacy and deletion information.

A technology provider, not an agency

Tajerly provides a SaaS product used by merchants to manage their own connected business assets and sales operations. Tajerly does not take ownership of client Pages, Instagram accounts or business portfolios.
