1) Who we are
Tajerly (تاجرلي) is an app that helps merchants manage messages, orders, and connected channels (e.g., Instagram/Facebook) to run their business efficiently.
2) Data we collect
- Account data: user/merchant identifiers, name (if provided), email/phone (if provided).
- Connected channels data: page/channel identifiers and related platform identifiers.
- Interactions content: messages/comments metadata (timestamps, thread identifiers) for operating the service.
- Business data in-app: customers, orders, products, statuses, notes.
- Technical data: logs and diagnostics for stability, security, and performance.
3) How we use data
- Provide core features (messaging management, notifications, order management, channel integrations).
- Improve reliability and fix issues.
- Prevent abuse and enhance security.
4) Sharing
We do not sell user data. We may share limited data only with service providers required to operate the app (e.g., hosting/databases), with strict minimization.
5) Retention
We retain data while the account is active or until deletion is requested. When deletion is requested, we delete the account and all merchant-related data.
6) Data deletion
You can delete your data from within the app: Settings → Privacy → Delete My Data.
